I have pretty much been failing this year when it comes to the Uefa Euro Food Cup 2008. I just haven't had much time to do the research, grocery shopping, and cooking the last couple of weeks. Though I thought I would at least show you what I have cooked and at least update you on the scores for the futball matches that have passed.
