item #: Baby Cables and Big Ones Too pattern: Suvi S. finished size: xxl yarn: Jager Extra Fine Merino DK total time : 31 hours (it took longer to dry) Thanks for being patient with the black and white cell phone photos. Here it is in all it's ocean blue glory. A few of us decided to knit this sweater as a mini kal and I wanted to record my nightly processes each night to be able to email off when I was done knitting. It allowed me to keep to the project even with all the crazy deadlines that I had last month. I only had about 3 hours a night to knit between 12:30 am and 3:30am. I really love the sweater. The yarn is like marshmallows and it was a super quick knit. The negatives: 1) The yarn really stretched after completion. I am half tempted to try to slightly felt it, but I am pretty sure I don't have the balls to do that. 2) At least for the XXL the sleeves could be a lot shorter. I could have skipped the stockinet section completely and just started the cables. It doesn't bother me that much since I can always roll them up and I always like to pull them over my fingers. All and all I love the sweater.

11/12 - Day 10 : Sleeve 1 is complete

11/13 - Day 11 : Started Sleeve 2, but the weight of the sweater is making my arms hurt so it is really slowing down.

11/14 - Day 11 : Slowly working on sleeve 2

11/15 - Day 12 : Today is my 14 year anniversary of my first date.

11/16 - Day 13 : It's done and all the ends woven up. WOHO!!!!! Real Photos to come when it is dry!!!! total = 31 knitting hours

11/10 - Day 8 : Finished the body & knit 41 rows of sleeve 1

11/11 - Day 9 : The sleeves are going really slowly. I have two more loops of the cable left.

PS. All the black and white photos were taken with my iphone camera in the middle of the night. iphone's may be amazing gadgets, but being a good camera they are not.

	11/3 - Day 1: Rows 1 - 42 Knitting seems to be going really quickly. The rows are just flying. I am sure things will slow down. I took last evening off so I had some free knitting time.
	11/4 - Day 2: Row 43 - 52
	11/5 - Day 3: 0 :(
	11/6 - Day 4: Rows 53 - 82
	11/7 - Day 5: Rows 83 - 90
	11/8 - Day 6: Rows 91 - 111
	11/9 - Day 7: Row 111 - 178 Only 10 more rows left, but I was just to tired to continue knitting last night
PS. All the black and white photos were taken with my phone camera in the middle of the night. So sorry they are not great quality, but I wanted to record the progress.
