As B G says, "You have to eat your own Dog Food." And for better or worse his company does eat there own dog food. So time for me to eat my own dog food and knit with something that I had actually spun. So approximately 1674 yards latter I am about 35 rows from finishing the body of the sweater. Then just the neck, sleeves, and loops to go on my first sweater spun with my yarn. I have this fear of becoming one of those spinners that spins a lot, but considers it a finished product to place in a basket to admire. I could easily see myself doing that. So this is a big step for me, I spun enough yarn to make a sweater that hopefully will fit me. I am impressed how
fast his one has knit up as well I started late Sunday night. Though I
will say knitting with all the beads has been extremely hard on my hands.
All the extra tugging and adjusting has caused my hands to ache plain
and simple. |
