The Master of the Bias and the creator of the Midi Skirt in the '60's will be showing his work to the public again. I had the great fortune to study under Charles while I was at OSU and work on several of the shows he curated. I will always cherish those experiences as some of the luckiest times in my life. His designs are really timeless and beautiful. He is truly one of the great American Fashion Designers.
